The Interclub Seniors league of the Richelieu Valley brings together 8 teams from the South Shore region of Montreal. According to a schedule of about twenty games, each club visits or receives teams from other clubs and share a lunch prepared by the host club. The results of the games are accumulated to establish a seasonal ranking. Playoffs crown the season.

This league was created in the fall of 1995 and the first game was played on November 24, 1995. The goals of this league are to allow senior members (50+) to visit and receive other clubs as well as to meet many players to build friendships and spend pleasant moments.
